The Princeton Chapter of the American Sewing Guild was formed in 1995 to meet the needs of needlework enthusiasts throughout Central and South Jersey. Our members enjoy all types of sewing, quilting, machine embroidery, knitting and crocheting. We seek out the needs of non-profit organizations and make a wide variety of community service items. Our nine Neighborhood Groups (NGs) meet in several locations in Central and South Jersey and we are very proud of our Youth Group which is committed to Teach Another Generation to appreciate needlework in its many forms. We hope you will consider visiting an NG in person and becoming a member of our ASG Princeton Central & South New Jersey Chapter.
Our Neighborhood Groups are THE PLACE to join others who are passionate about needlework in any form.
Visitors are welcome and may attend two meetings before joining ASG.
CAB Meetings are held on Zoom and all Members are welcome to attend! Please contact our Chapter President if you plan to attend.
Visit our CAB page for more information.
Each year, our members make items for medical facilities, veteran homes, nursing homes and other non- profit organizations.
Local non profits are invited to contact our Community Service Chair to advise us of your needs.
